In our last few weeks, we made stopped through the places that made San Diego feel like home or that we couldn’t miss out on. A non-exhaustive (but deeply sentimental) list of our final stops:

Each stop was a little love letter to the city we’ve called home. Now it’s time to trade palm trees for dogwoods, ocean breezes for porch swings, and set off on this next chapter.
